Vendor Applications

Vendors can apply here for a vendor space at the event. We will NOT be accepting duplicate vendors (vendors that sell the same items), and duplicates will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Vendor spaces are 10x10, and food truck spaces will be large enough to fit your truck/trailer etc. Spaces do not come with power.

You can bring your own QUIET generator, and/or battery operated lighting.

If you have any special needs, please include them in the special requests box. We will be accepting a limited number of vendors, so keep that in mind. Vendors will be admitted to festival grounds an hour prior to event start time, to allow for setup.

This event is RAIN OR SHINE. Vendor deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Upon form submission your application will be considered and one of our team members will be in touch shortly. There are discounted rates for multiple days, so please pick the option that best fits you! If you have any questions or concerns  please email bethany@blakefarmscampground.com
